MBT shoes

Could these be the answer to less time spent at pilates and no running? I have a friend that has lost 12 pounds in just 8 weeks and has gained alot of definition in her stomach and legs. The only negative is that she says because she's worn them so much that when she isn't wearing them her feet and back hurt. And I have to say they aren't the most attractive shoes. I wouldn't mind wearing them around the house or for my walks, but what is the point of being trimmer and looking better if you are wearing ugly shoes?I think I'm gonna give 'em a try. Standing in them for one hour is supposed to be equal to a slow paced one mile run. We shall see.

I agree, they aren't very attractive and who would want to wear them every day, all the time? I know 2 gals who have them though, they both only wear them to walk or run. Neither has mentioned anything about weight loss though. I have seriously thought of buying them also for my walks - just may get them a try!

All my friends have them and have tried to get me to wear them for the last few years. I trip over my own flat feet so I've hesitated but I've heard nothing but good! Good luck!

I've heard so much about these shoes but they are so darn ugly. Can't do it!

I have never heard of them! I could use a new pair of walking shoes but I wouldn't want to wear them out on a normal day?

Agreed, totally ugly, but they totally work. I wear them for walks and once a week on the treadmill. My legs/butt look better than in high school - not bad for going on 40!

I love MBT's! I own two pairs and not only do the tone you...they are great to wear to stretch your muscles (like after a long run). I hear AVON has their own (cheaper) version out...you might want to check it out!
