Mexican Chicken
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts (I always put frozen ones in)
2 Regular Jars of Salsa (I use Medium)
1 pkg of Taco Seasoning
3/4 brick of Cream Cheese
Dump everything in the crockpot (except cream cheese), put on low for 7 hrs (I think u can do high for 4 hours) once it's done mix in cream cheese (chicken will shred instantly).
Great on soft tacos with lettuce and cheddar cheese!
